When the trial has ended you can continue using the visitor management system by selecting a payment method. Payment is accepted via invoice or credit card. There is no binding period and you can cancel your account at any time.

The price includes:

  • 200 SMS messages per month. If the quota is exceeded additional SMS messages will be charged at a rate of 0.06 EUR each.

Why choose a web-based visitor management system?

There are many visitor management solutions on the market - PC-based applications, iPad apps and those that run on specialized hardware. So why choose a web-based solution? There are many advantages to using a fully web-based visitor management system such as SignInSimply:

  • It runs on any hardware, as long as it is connected to the internet and can display a regular webpage, e.g. PC, Mac or iPad. SignInSimply isn’t demanding on hardware, so many of our customers set up old, retired PCs in the reception to function as visitor terminals. They avoid investing in the complex and expensive specialized hardware that many other visitor management solutions require.
  • It’s easy to set up and maintain. No installation, no manual updates and no compatibility issues.
  • It can be accessed from anywhere in the world, at any time. You can be logged in with the same account from multiple devices at the same time.
  • In the event of an evacuation, the evacuation coordinator does not need to print the visitor log before leaving the building. Instead, they can log in to SignInSimply from their phone at the assembly point to view the visitor log and ensure that all signed-in visitors are accounted for.
